Receive Salvation

Heavenly Father:
The Bible says that whoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved (Acts 2:21). I come to You, Jesus, and ask You into my heart. I give You my life and ask You to be Lord of my life.
As it says in Romans 10:9-10, I confess that Jesus is Lord. I believe with my whole heart that Jesus died on the cross and on the third day rose from the dead.
Lord, I ask You to forgive my sins and make me a new creation in Christ according to Your Word in 1 John 1:9.
